The client CANNOT use the artwork for NFTs and/or AI.
 

The client CANNOT claim ownership, edit, reproduce, and/or profit from the artwork.
 

NOT FOR COMMERCIAL USE.
 

• The following cases are considered commercial use including, but not limited to: 
   

  • Reproducing and selling the artwork, publicly and/or privately.
     

  • Cases where you receive profit from using my art to promote your business (e.g. advertising, paid subscriptions, locked behind a paywall, sponsorships, branding, giveaway etc.).

 This commission is for personal use ONLY. Unless stated otherwise.

• Commercial work is subjected to a Contract with different terms.
   

If the client violates this Terms of Service at any time, I reserve the right to cancel the client's commission without any refund.

• This may result in blacklisting and/or losing any permissions I allowed for the commission(s) as well.

Depending on the payment plan, after payment has been received through a PayPal or Stripe invoice, I will begin the drawing.

If there is no specific deadline, I will pick a deadline to be agreed upon.
 

Once the artwork is done, the client can request up to 1 round of revisions. Alterations to the artwork(s) may be subjected to an additional charge if it is deemed significant and excessive. After that round, revisions are a flat rate of $50 USD.
 

• If the client is satisfied with the artwork there will be no more revisions unless I choose to.
   

There will be no refund requests on the client's side. Any tips are also non-refundable.
 

• If I am unable to complete the artwork, I will refund the client in full if no initial draft was sent to the client.
   

  • In the case of canceling in the middle of the commission, my kill fee is 50% of the price of the commission.

The services provided are digital and not physical. 
 

The artwork uploaded will be in storage for a finite time and will be cleared out if necessary. The client is responsible for saving the finished artwork.
