I reserve all rights to my artwork and will display and promote said artwork.
 

No artwork can be used for NFTs and/or AI.
 

The client cannot claim ownership, edit, reproduce, or profit from the artwork. Credit is required if reposting on social media platforms/websites.

Commercial work is subjected to additional terms and a contract in place.
 

If I am commissioned characters from an established IP, I reserve the right to reproduce and sell the artwork.

The timeframe for the completion of the project will be discussed. Depending on the complexity of the request and deadline, an additional charge may be incurred. 
 

Alterations to the artworks may be subjected to an additional charge if it is deemed significant and excessive. The client can request up to 2 revisions. Once the artwork is said to be completed, there will be no more revisions.
 

There will be no refunds on the client's side. Any tips are also non-refundable. If I am unable to complete the artwork, I will refund the client.
 

The services provided are digital and not physical.
